AFINITOR® Patient Profiles

When disease progresses after initial VEGF**-targeted therapy, it may be time for AFINITOR (everolimus) tablets, an oral mTOR inhibitor

Once-daily, oral AFINITOR is the first and only therapy with Phase III evidence after a VEGF-targeted therapy.

AFINITOR received the highest Category of recommendation from the NCCN, which endorses it as the only Category 1 treatment following a first-line VEGF TKI (eg, sunitinib or sorafenib).
